CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ THESE POLICIES CAREFULLY, AS THEY ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED <3 All appointments require a 50% non-refundable retainer. In order to avoid a late cancellation fee, we kindly ask that you cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before the time of your appointment. We understand things happen, but communication is always appreciated! This allows ample time to fill your slot. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of the appointment retainer or a 50% charge of the scheduled service total, charged to the card on file. NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY Failure to attend your appointment without any notice of cancellation or lateness will not be tolerated and will be considered a “no call/no show”. Our grace period for lateness is 8 minutes. If you arrive after 8 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled. If you have not arrived or communicated with us within the 8-minute grace period, your appointment will be considered a no call/no show and a 100% charge of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file. Failure to pay fees will result in no longer being able to book at Touch Of Yella. APPOINTMENT MODIFICATION POLICY We completely understand that plans and preferences can change! However, please keep in mind that appointment times are reserved specifically for the services selected at the time of booking. If you choose to remove, shorten, or modify a service once you have arrived for your appointment, the removed service will still be considered a late cancellation. This is because that time was reserved exclusively for you and will not be able to be filled by another client. A 50% fee of the removed service will apply. NO GUEST POLICY Infants/children are not permitted in the studio, and guests may be asked to wait downstairs. I completely understand life happens and unexpected emergencies come up. I will always do my best to be understanding and accommodating when I can, however, my business is my livelihood, not a hobby. My time is valuable. Your appointment time is set aside specifically for you and can’t always be filled last minute, which is why I have my policies in place. Thank you for understanding <3
