At Touch Of Yella, we specialize in waxing and intimate services for women and clients with female anatomy <3 Please note this is a salon suite. We ask that you please DM us through Instagram or TikTok with any questions or concerns, as we do not have a receptionist. Thank you and see you soon <3 Please no infants/children in the studio. CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ THESE POLICIES CAREFULLY, AS THEY ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED <3 In order to avoid a late cancellation fee, we kindly ask that you cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before the time of your appointment. We understand things happen, but communication is always appreciated! This allows ample time to fill your slot. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of the appointment retainer or a 50% charge of the scheduled service total, charged to the card on file. NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY Failure to attend your appointment without any notice of cancellation or lateness will not be tolerated and will be considered a “no call/no show”. Our grace period for lateness is 8 minutes. If you arrive after 8 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled. If you have not arrived or communicated with us within the 8-minute grace period, your appointment will be considered a no call/no show and a 100% charge of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file. Failure to pay fees will result in no longer being able to book at Touch Of Yella.
